How It Works

  • Browse Our Collection: Explore our range of designer handbags from the latest brands and styles.
  • Book Your Hire period: Choose your favourite bag (by number), and select your rental period online, minimum 4 day hire. 
  • Express/ free Delivery: Once your booking is confirmed, You will receive a confirmation email for the booking, then enjoy express free postage straight to your door! (Your order  will be shipped at least 2 days prior to the hire start date to ensure it arrives on time, unless communicated with customer)—we are only available to ship within New South Whales, Victoria, and Queensland Australia at this time.
  • LAST MINUTE HIRE/ PICK-UP OPTION: Our Pick-up service is available exclusively within the Newcastle, NSW area. If you need a last minute booking, simply contact us at info@smartluxeco.com.au directly, and we'll have your handbag ready for pick-up with 1 day's notice. For any urgent bookings or inquiries, please email us. 
  • Return & Rehire: Once you're done, simply return the handbag as per instructions and if you want, hire another one for your next event! 


           We are only available to hire within New South Whales, Victoria, and Queensland, Australia

We currently only ship within NSW, Vic, and Queensland AUSTRALIA

WHAT IS THE CONDITION OF THE BAG WHEN I RECEIVE IT?

All Smart Luxe Co designer bags are cleaned and waterproof after every use and is prepared to the utmost pristine condition for the next hire.

DO I NEED TO CLEAN THE BAG BEFORE I RETURN IT?

No. Please do not attempt to clean or repair the handbags yourself. At Smart Luxe Co we have our own team of designer bag experts to take care of it all!

WHAT IF I ACCIDENTALLY DAMAGE THE HANDBAG?

We understand that accidents happen, including staining and damage of items form time to time. If this occurs during your hire, you must contact us immediately to arrange a resolution. You will be charged for any specialist cleaning or repairs necessary. 

WHEN AND HOW WILL I BE CHARGED?

At time of Checkout, the full amount of the rental will be charged in total when you make your online booking.

What happens in the case of an item being damaged or stolen while in my possession?

CAN I RENT A HANDBAG IF I AM UNDER THE AGE OF 18?

If you are under 18 you will need a parent or guardian to rent items on your behalf, and all liability for damage or late return will be accepted by them.

What if my return date falls on a public holiday or Sunday?

If your Smart Luxe Co item is scheduled to be returned on a public holiday, it is to be returned the following business day by 12pm.

If your Smart Luxe Co item is due on a Sunday and the Post office is closed, it is to be returned the following business day by 12pm.


Late fees will apply, $50.00 AUD per day 

How will my Smart Luxe Co item be delivered?

Your Smart Luxe Co item will be delivered to your address by courier, You must be home to Sign for parcel. 

What if I misplace my prepaid return box?

Please go to our Terms & Conditions for shipping & Return section.

How do I Return my Smart Luxe Co item?

1. Carefully place the Smart Luxe Co item back inside the dust bag it came in with any accessories it came with. 

2. Then place the bag back inside The Smart Luxe Co Reusable Box that it was delivered in..

3. Place The Smart Luxe Co Reusable box into the given return postage satchel. Ensure the package is sealed securely.

4. Stick the return label onto the packaging if it is not already. Ensure new label cover is clear and visible. 

5. Take the Smart Luxe Co package to an Australia Post outlet on the last day of the agreed hire period by 12pm 

6. Customer must keep copy of receipt once returned
