No. Please do not attempt to clean or repair the handbags yourself. At Smart Luxe Co we have our own team of designer bag experts to take care of it all!
We understand that accidents happen, including staining and damage of items form time to time. If this occurs during your hire, you must contact us immediately to arrange a resolution. You will be charged for any specialist cleaning or repairs necessary.
At time of Checkout, the full amount of the rental will be charged in total when you make your online booking.

If you are under 18 you will need a parent or guardian to rent items on your behalf, and all liability for damage or late return will be accepted by them.
If your Smart Luxe Co item is scheduled to be returned on a public holiday, it is to be returned the following business day by 12pm.
If your Smart Luxe Co item is due on a Sunday and the Post office is closed, it is to be returned the following business day by 12pm.
Late fees will apply, $50.00 AUD per day
Your Smart Luxe Co item will be delivered to your address by courier, You must be home to Sign for parcel.

1. Carefully place the Smart Luxe Co item back inside the dust bag it came in with any accessories it came with.
2. Then place the bag back inside The Smart Luxe Co Reusable Box that it was delivered in..
3. Place The Smart Luxe Co Reusable box into the given return postage satchel. Ensure the package is sealed securely.
4. Stick the return label onto the packaging if it is not already. Ensure new label cover is clear and visible.
5. Take the Smart Luxe Co package to an Australia Post outlet on the last day of the agreed hire period by 12pm
6. Customer must keep copy of receipt once returned
